Reese's Peanut Butter Cake

Reese's Peanut Butter Cake
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package vanilla cake mix
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ⅓ milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease two 9 inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix. Alternately add cake mix and water until combined.
  3. Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. To make frosting, in a stand mixer combine 1 cup peanut butter and butter and cream until light and fluffy. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk until you get the frosting consistency you want.
