  1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease 13×9 inch pan
  2. In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, cream of coconut, butter, evaporated milk and mix
  4. Then add the crushed pineapples, sweet rice flour, baking powder until it’s well incorporated.
  5. Pour into pan, Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake it for 50 minutes to 1 hour.**
  6. Allow to completely and serve.
