Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies



  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut chocolate spread
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment or a baking mat.
  2. In a large bowl, add butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, hazelnut chocolate spread, egg, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined, set aside.
  3. In a medium-size bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda then add it to the wet ingredients.
  4. Mix the cookie dough until just combined.
  5. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking tray and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until cookies are cracking on the top. Remove from oven and transfer to a cookie rack to allow it to completely cool, then serve.
