Coconut Chia Popsicles

Taste the flavors of summer in the tropics with every bite of this Coconut Chia Popsicles – healthy and refreshing fruity popsicles!




  1. In a large bowl, add chia seeds, water, and allow it to soak for 10 minutes. Next add coconut cream, agave syrup, and mix until combined. 
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia pudding in each mold. Next, evenly sprinkle coconut chips in each molds.
  3. Place strawberry slices in the mold by pressing against the mold with your clean finger,  while pouring the chia pudding into the mold filling about 2/3 of the way full.
  4. Place popsicle sticks in the middle and freeze for about 6 hours or best overnight.
  5. Serve frozen


Store in freezer up to 1 week
