Cornmeal Mush

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, salt, cornmeal in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and stir almost constantly (to avoid clumps) for about 10 minutes or until the mixture is thickened to the consistency you like.
  3. Remove from heat and serve hot with dates, strawberries, blueberries, plant-based milk, or maple syrup

Notes

Instead of water, use coconut water for more flavor
