  1. Add all the ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. 
  2. Once everything is blended, pour in a cup and garnish with chia, pineapple cuts and malunggay leaves.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

*If your blender is not high powered add the frozen fruits first, then the rest of the ingredients.
