Vanilla Bean Buttercream
- 1 cup butter
- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1–2 tablespoon milk (optional)
- Sift powdered sugar and set aside.
- In a stand mixer add butter and beat until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Add vanilla extract and salt. If frosting is stiff add milk.
