  1. Set aside 2 tablespoons of diced mangoes. 
  2. Add the rest of the mangos in a food processor, and blend until smooth.  
  3. In a pot over low heat, add water, cassava flour and continuously stir so there will be no lumps.
  4. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  5. Add non-dairy milk and continue stirring.
  6. Add mango and stir until mixture is smooth and everything is well combined.

If using a popsicle mold:

  1. Evenly add diced mangoes, then pour in the mango mixture. 

If using ice candy bag:

  1. You will need a funnel and a ladle.
  2. Insert the tip of the funnel in the ice candy bag and ladle the mango mixture.  Make sure to leave at least 2 inches for tying.
  3. Twist the ice candy bag to seal the mixture and knot tightly.
  4. Repeat until there is no mango mixture left.
