Fluffy Matcha Soufflé Pancakes

What you will need:

In a large bowl, add egg yolks, whole milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until just combined.

Pour the egg whites and cream of tartar and beat until doubled in size or until it reaches medium peaks.

Slowly add the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and fold until fully combined.

Pour into the non-stick skillet.  Flip and continue cooking for another minute. Serve and enjoy!
