Irresistible Leche Flan

Ingredients you will need


evaporated milk

brown sugar


condensed milk 

lemon juice

Combine 5 tablespoons of brown sugar and water in a  small saucepan

llow it to simmer for 5 minutes until it’s golden and syrupy.

Place the hot syrup in the silicone cupcake mold, set aside.

Whisk together egg yolks and condensed milk for 2 minutes

Add evaporated milk, lemon juice and gently stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture into the silicone cupcake mold

Add about 2 ¼ cup water of hot water into the tray.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!
