Lemongrass Tofu You Should Try

Tofu is a popular vegetarian or vegan option for diners due to the high protein content 

Combine grated spices, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, half cup water, and half a teaspoon of salt in a small bowl

Add oil in a heated skillet

Add diced tofu and continue sautéing for 3-4 minutes until golden.

Add broccoli florets, oyster sauce, carrots, and chili flakes.

Combine fried tofu and the oyster and soy sauce mixture. 

Season with salt and pepper. 

Serve with rice! :)
