CAKE FLOUR

WHITE VINEGAR

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED

Whisk  all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside; 

In a stand mixer, mix all wet ingredients for 30 seconds

Add half of the flour mixture and half of the butter and mix well

Pour the batter mixture into the prepared muffin tin and bake

Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack

Ingredients you will need for Cream Cheese Frosting 

UNSALTED BUTTER

POWDERED SUGAR

CREAM CHEESE 

VANILLA EXTRACT

Beat softened butter and softened cream cheese 

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time, then add vanilla and beat
