Boil the taro and wait about 8-10 minutes for it to soften.
Add the radish and allow it to boil for 2 more minutes.
Add the string beans, eggplants and lower the heat
Next add batuan or tamarind, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and ginger
Next add the okra and vegetarian salmon fish
Finally, add the kangkong and green onions.
