One Pot Creamy Miso Mushroom Pasta

miso paste

vegetable  broth

shemiji mushrooms

olive oil

celery ribs

nutritional yeast

mushrooms

Place oil in a heated pot over medium heat and sauté spices for 30  seconds.

Stir in pasta, carrots, mushrooms, and celery.

Pour the vegetable broth and nutritional yeast;

Bring the mixture to a boil   until the pasta is cooked.

Season with salt and ground black pepper

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions

Serve immediately!
