Perfect Lucky Charms Cheesecake

In a food processor, pulse the Lucky Charms cereal.

The texture should be like this, fine and powdery.

Add butter and pulse together until it is crumbly.

Add the cereal crumbs into the pie pan and flatten onto the pie pan.

It is important to make sure that the pie crust is flat and evenly placed into the pie pan, just like this.

Mix cream cheese, then add whipped topping, and marshmallow fluff until well combined.

Add to the pie pan.

Place in the freezer for an hour. Before serving, you can decorate the cheesecake with colorful Lucky Charms cereal.

Or you can top it with colorful marshmallows.

Adding the sprinkles is optional, however I think it gives the cheesecake more of a festive look.
