Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients you will need

– amaranth leaves – malunggay leaves – soy milk – frozen bananas – squeezed lemon – honey – chia seeds

Start putting the malunggay or moringa leaves and amaranth leaves in the blender.

In a high-powered blender, blend until smooth. It would take around 30 seconds to 1 minute

Don't be fooled by the color, it's delicious and refreshing!

Put it in a long-neck glass.

Garnish with chia, pineapple cuts, and moringa leaves

Serve immediately.
