stir fry seasoning
In a pan, add oil and heat for a few minutes, then add the garlic, onions and cook until fragrant
Add 1 ½ cup water
Add ¼ cup Lauriat soy sauce and season with more salt and pepper.
Add dark brown sugar and allow it to boil
Once it’s boiling, add the pancit bihon and mix until the sauce is absorbed.
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of water and stir fry the veggies for about 3 minutes.
Add fried tofu.
Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, season with salt, pepper and msg free stir fry seasoning.
Mix in the pancit bihon and serve hot.
