Ingredients you will need

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and toss in the tofu and marinate for 15 minutes

Place the tofu pieces into the skewers with 3-4 pieces

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for peanut sauce in a small saucepan and Simmer for 3 minutes

Remove the baked tofu from the oven

Brush with the peanut sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving
