In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk with brown sugar until smooth
Pour in coconut milk, creamed corn, and melted butter. Blend until you achieve a smooth batter
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan
MIx until no lumps are visible
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes
Once done, remove and sprinkle with white sugar on top.
