Add oil to a heated skillet over medium-high heat & saute sliced vegan meat for 2 minutes or until crisp.
Then, add garlic, and red onions and saute for a minute.
Next add green beans, snow peas, shredded cabbages, carrots, & red bell pepper. Continue cooking for another 2 min.
Pour the oyster mushroom sauce, vegetable broth, and soy sauce, sprinkle red chili flakes, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Then mix in the pancit canton and allow it to cook untiil tender.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, then transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
