In a large bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together and set aside
Beat the softened butter, sugar with a mixer for 2 minutes until creamed
Slowly add half of the dry ingredients
Add half of the wet ingredients and mix until well-combined
Add the remaining ingredients
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners and fill about ⅔ full
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool it down.
Add your favorite buttercream or cream cheese frosting
Serve and enjoy.
