Peel and core apples, then thinly slice apples and transfer to baking dish.
Add spices, lemon juice, agave syrup, salt, almonds to a 9x6 inch baking dish, and toss until everything is combined, making sure to evenly spread the apples.
Cover baking dish with a foil, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool down and serve with ice cream.
