Ingredients
cup water
¾cupsgranulated sugar
18-22strawberriesdivided
¾cupsfreshly squeezed grapefruit juice
¼cupfreshly squeed lemon juice
Instructions
In a large bowl, add water and heat it in the microwave for one minute.
Next, add the sugar and stir until combined, set aside to allow it to dissolve.
In a blender, add 15 strawberries and blend until smooth.
Then in the water sugar bowl, add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, blended strawberry, then mix until well combined, set aside.
Slice 5-6 strawberries into thin slices.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and evenly distribute the strawberry slices to them.
Place the molds into the freezer and freeze for 4-8 hours.
