Ingredients
2tablespoonsolive oil
1cupsliced vegan meat
2clovesgarlicsliced
¼cupred onionsliced
1cupgreen beanssliced
½cupsnow peasends trimmed
1cupcarrotsthinly sliced
3tablespoonsoyster mushroom sauce
3tablespoonslow-sodium soy sauce
1cupvegetable broth
¼teaspoonred chili flakes
4ozdried pancit cantonprepared in accordance with package instructions
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
2tablespoonslemon juice
Instructions
Add oil to a heated skillet over medium high heat and saute sliced vegan meat for 2 minutes or until crisp.
Add garlic, red onions and saute for a minute.
Next add green beans, snow peas, shredded cabbages, carrots, red bell pepper and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Pour the oyster mushroom sauce, vegetable broth, soy sauce, sprinkle red chili flakes and bring the mixture to a boil
Then mix in the pancit canton and allow it to cook until the pancit canton is tender and cooked through.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, then transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
