Bread Pudding

Have extra bread lying around, make bread pudding!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • ¾ cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 slices of day old bread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Add eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon in a bowl and mix
  • In an 8x8 inch pan, add the melted butter and the day old bread then pour the wet ingredients over the bread. Press with fork to ensure the bread is soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes
