Easy Fruit Pie Crust

Very simple pie crust recipe for any dessert!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 ¾ cup shortening
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the all purpose flour, shortening, sugar, salt, and mix.
  • In a separate bowl add the egg and water and mix. Then add the egg and water to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork
  • Place dough into desired pie crust pan

Notes

Crust can be baked with the filling or bake the crust at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
