Oatmeal Cookies

Here is a delicious, filling, and rich in chocolate taste Oatmeal Cookies that are perfect for breakfast or a snack after a powerful workout!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. While mixing add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, quick oats and mix very well. Add the raisins and chocolate chips.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and bake for 12-15 minutes
