5cupswater
2gingers each that are 1-inch longpeeled
¼inchfresh turmeric
2tablespoonhoney
¼teaspooncinnamon powder
Instructions
In a pot over high heat, bring to a boil 5 cups of water.
In a mortar and pestle, smash ginger and turmeric, then add it to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Next, strain and transfer to a teapot or your preferred container. Also, feel free to not strain and directly transfer to your choice of container.
