Tofu Poke

Make this high protein Vegan Tofu Poke with delicious firm tofu and a few herbs and spices, plus the tasty sriracha mayo!

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz extra firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ¼ cup sweet onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 stalk green onions sliced
  • sriracha mayo*

Instructions

  • Chop the tofu into ½-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, onions, salt, sesame seeds, green onions, and toss lightly.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or best overnight to let the flavors combine, and served chilled. Best served with steamed rice.
