In a blender, add diced mango and add water to cover ¾ of the mango. Next, blend until smooth and creamy, set aside.
In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and on medium speed whip while slowly adding the sugar. Then mix until stiff peaks are formed. (About 3-4 minutes)
Next add 3 tablespoons of the mango mixture, and continue mixing for 1 minute or until the mango mixture is fully incorporated. Be careful, not over-beat.
Add ice, milk into a container and top with the whipped mango mixture.
Notes
For best results, chill the mixing bowl and then whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes.
You may have extra mango puree, use it for a smoothie.
