Apple Chips

Try these Cinnamon Apple Chips that are made with a few simple ingredients. It's also a healthy snack your whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 large apples

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over high heat, add water, sugar, cinnamon and bring to a rolling boil.
  • Next, add apples and boil on low for 5-7 minutes, then remove and place on a parchment lined tray and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove and allow to cool completely. Apples should be mostly crunchy with a slight chew.
