Ingredients

For the Smoothie Bowl 

  • 2 frozen banana
  • 5 oz frozen pineapples
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

For the toppings 

  • frozen watermelon balls
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • pineapple balls
  • fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Combine peeled frozen banana, frozen pineapples, coconut milk, and lemon juice in a blender. 
  • Puree until smooth. 
  • Transfer to a bowl and mix some of the watermelon balls, grated carrots, and peanuts. 
  • Add the toppings as desired and enjoy
