Grapefruit Strawberry Popsicles

Sweet, healthy and delicious fruit popsicles made with freshly squeezed grapefruit, lemon juice, and blended strawberries. This frozen treat is so easy to make, refreshing and kid-friendly!

Ingredients

  • cup water
  • ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 18-22 strawberries divided
  • ¾ cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeed lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add water and heat it in the microwave for one minute.
  • Next, add the sugar and stir until combined, set aside to allow it to dissolve.
  • In a blender, add 15 strawberries and blend until smooth.
  • Then in the water sugar bowl, add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, blended strawberry, then mix until well combined, set aside.
  • Slice 5-6 strawberries into thin slices.
  • Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and evenly distribute the strawberry slices to them.
  • Place the molds into the freezer and freeze for 4-8 hours.
