Ingredients
2cupsshredded young coconut
1 ¼cupsdrained red nata de coco
1cupdrained red kaong
1cupcooked sago
2cupsyoung coconut water
2 ¾cupsevaporated milk
2 ½cupscondensed milk
1teaspoonfood coloring
Instructions
In a large picture, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Place the buko salad in the fridge and allow it to chill for at least 1 hour.
