Easiest Apple Cider Popsicles

Here's a healthy and refreshing frozen treat that is made with apple cider, caramel sauce, and crushed granola. This is an easy popsicle recipe for summer dessert or snacks!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup granola
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider into popsicle molds, place sticks, and freeze overnight.
  • When popsicles are frozen, blend granola in a food processor until fine, but not flour-y. Some chunks is okay!
  • Dip popsicles in caramel sauce and then cover with crushed granola.
  • Freeze overnight on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Serve Immediately.
