Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½cupalmond flour
3tablespoonscocoa powder
⅓cuperythritol
¼cupbutter
½teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Chocolate Filling:
16ozcream cheeseroom temperature
¾cupwhipping cream
4tablespoonssour cream
3ozdark chocolatemelted
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cuperythritol
Whipped Cream Topping:
¾cupsheavy cream
2tablespoonsSwerve Powdered Sweetener
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cold butter. Mix well to combine and be sure the butter is well incorporated.
Add the egg to the mixture and blend until the dough looks crumbly.
Spread and flatten out the dough into the prepared pie dish and bake for 15 minutes. Allow the pie crust to completely cool.
Chocolate Filling:
In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese, whipped cream, sour cream, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and blend for about 3-4 minutes or until the chocolate filling is light and fluffy.
Spread the chocolate filling into the baked pie crust and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Whipped Cream Topping:
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer blend the whipping cream, vanilla extract, powdered sweetener and beat on high until peaks form.
Top the pie with whipped cream topping and chocolate shavings.
