Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. While mixing add the eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, quick oats and mix very well. Add the raisins and chocolate chips.
Roll into 1 inch balls and bake for 12-15 minutes
