Vanilla Custard Cake (Magic Cake)

Vanilla Custard Magic cake does all the magic because of its soft, moist and decadent flavors, all in one bite!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups milk lukewarm
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare 8x8 inch pan and lightly grease and preheat oven to 350F
  • In a large bowl add the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form, then set it aside.
  • In another large bowl add the egg yolks, powdered sugar and mix until it’s well combined Then add the water and butter and mix, Then add the milk, vanilla extract, flour and mix until it’s well combined! Now take the egg whites and slowly fold it in.
  • Bake for about 45-55 minutes and cool completely.
