Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1 cup ripe mango cubes* 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ¼ teaspoon chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cup plant-based milk

Garnishings**:

  • ¼ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 3-4 mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend mangos, banana, plant-based milk, and chia seeds in a blender until creamy and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Notes
