Dalgona Whipped Mango

  • ½ cup of fresh mango one half of a mango, diced
  • Water
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • Ice Cubes


  • In a blender, add diced mango and add water to cover ¾ of the mango.  Next, blend until smooth and creamy, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and on medium speed whip while slowly adding the sugar. Then mix until stiff peaks are formed.  (About 3-4 minutes)
  • Next add 3 tablespoons of the mango mixture, and continue mixing for 1 minute or until the mango mixture is fully incorporated. Be careful, not over-beat.
  • Add ice, milk into a container and top with the whipped mango mixture.


  • For best results, chill the mixing bowl and then whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • You may have extra mango puree, use it for a smoothie.
