Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Ingredients

carrot
shredded

1 ¾
cups
dairy-free milk

oats
▢
¼
cups
raisin
▢

tablespoon
vegan butter
▢

tablespoon
agave syrup
▢
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon powder
▢
¼
teaspoon
nutmeg powder
▢
¼
teaspoon
cardamom powder
▢
pinch
of cloves powder
▢
Banana
peanut butter, almonds for garnish
Instructions
▢
In a non-stick pot over medium heat, add butter and allow it to melt. Then add the carrot and cook for about 30 seconds.

Next mix in the spices, raisins oats and cook until the carrot are tender.
▢
Pour milk, agave syrup and stir until you achieve a thick consistency, about 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to 2 serving bowls.
▢
Garnish with almonds, peanut butter and banana before serving.
