Ingredients
4cupswater
1teaspoonsalt
1 ¼cupcornmeal
½cuppitted dateschopped
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, salt, and cornmeal, then bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir almost constantly (to avoid clumps) for about 10 minutes or until the mixture is thickened to the consistency you like.
Remove from heat and serve hot with dates, strawberries, blueberries, plant-based milk, or maple syrup.
