Ingredients
½cupoil
1cupgarlicminced
½cupred and green chiliesminced
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoontomato paste
1tablespoonsaltor to taste
2tablespoonsbrown sugar

Instructions
Cook the Garlic and Chilies
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Then add the garlic and chilies, and cook for 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
Add the Seasonings
Next, add the soy sauce, tomato paste, salt, and brown sugar.
Stir well and cook for about 1 minute.
Simmer the Chili Garlic
Pour in enough water to cover the mixture, then bring it to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick and the oil starts to separate.
Finish and Serve
Finally, taste and adjust the salt, sugar, or chilies as needed.
Let it cool, then transfer to a clean airtight container and refrigerate.
