3small radishespeeled and thinly sliced
1–2tablespoonscalamansi juice
1teaspoonsaltplus extra for soaking
1teaspoonsugar
2small tomatoessliced or diced
1small onionsliced

Instructions
Prepare the Radish
Peel and thinly slice the radishes.
In a bowl, add water with a pinch of salt.
Soak the sliced radish for 1–2 minutes.
Drain the Radish
Drain the radish well.
Gently squeeze to remove excess water.
Transfer the radish to a clean bowl.
Mix the Salad
Add tomatoes, onion, and ginger.
Drizzle with calamansi juice.
Add sugar and salt.
Serve
Mix everything together until well combined.
Top with chopped green onions.
