Ingredients

  • 12 frozen tartlets
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese cut into chunks
  • ½ teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Prepare the frozen tartlets following the package instructions. Once done, let it cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, combine instant coffee, water, and a tablespoon of white sugar to make a coffee syrup. Mix well. Set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add the sugar, whipped cream, and coffee syrup; continue to beat until medium peak.
  • Transfer to a pipping bag and set aside.
  • To assemble, dip all the tartlets into the melted chocolate.
  • Pipe the tiramisu into each of the tartlets.
  • Dust with the cocoa powder and serve immediately.
