Ingredients
12frozen tartlets
1cupmelted chocolate
1cupwhipped cream
1cupcream cheesecut into chunks
½teaspooninstant coffee
1tablespoonwater
½ cup+ 1 tablespoonwhite sugar
1tablespooncocoa powder(for dusting)
Instructions
Prepare the frozen tartlets following the package instructions. Once done, let it cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine instant coffee, water, and a tablespoon of white sugar to make a coffee syrup. Mix well. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add the sugar, whipped cream, and coffee syrup; continue to beat until medium peak.
Transfer to a pipping bag and set aside.
To assemble, dip all the tartlets into the melted chocolate.
