Use your favorite cupcake recipe and bake as usual. Put in cupcake liners and bake, as instructed.
After baking it, let it cool while you start making your favorite buttercream frosting.
To make the Vanilla Bean Buttercream frosting, sift powdered sugar and set aside.
Then, in a stand mixer, add the butter and beat until light and fluffy.
Next, add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
Add vanilla extract and salt. If the frosting is stiff, add milk.
After you have achieved your desired color for your buttercream frosting, place it in a piping bag. Then, go ahead and pipe your cooled cupcakes as desired.
