Ingredients
7ripeavocadosdeseeded & diced
2 ½cupscooked sago pearls
2cupscondensed milk
2cupsall-purpose cream
1cupnata de cocodrained
½cupcheddar cheesefinely diced
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled.
Notes
You can use colored sago pearls instead of the regular ones. Boba pearls are also a great color combination for the dessert.
Using coconut yogurt instead of all-purpose cream will elevate the dessert even further.
