Avocado Sago Jelly

Here's a rich, delicious, and easy dessert recipe that is made with avocados, sago pearls, and nata de coco. It's so simple to make, creamy, and addicting!

Ingredients

  • 7 ripe avocados deseeded & diced
  • 2 ½ cups cooked sago pearls
  • 2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream
  • 1 cup nata de coco drained
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese finely diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can use colored sago pearls instead of the regular ones. Boba pearls are also a great color combination for the dessert. 
  • Using coconut yogurt instead of all-purpose cream will elevate the dessert even further.
