Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon peeled, sliced, and seeds removed

Instructions

  • In a blender add the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lemon and blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours or best overnight.
  • Serve with mint and garnish with lemon zest.
