Prepare the Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

Make the Dough

  • In a bowl, add egg, Nutella, and all-purpose flour.
  • Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.

Shape and Bake

  • Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Gently press each cookie with the bottom of a cup to flatten.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until set.

Serve

  • Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Cookies will be soft when warm and firm up as they cool.
  • Do not overbake to keep them fudgy and rich.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
