Make the Dough In a bowl, add egg, Nutella, and all-purpose flour.
Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.
Shape and Bake Roll the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Gently press each cookie with the bottom of a cup to flatten.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until set.
Cookies will be soft when warm and firm up as they cool.
Do not overbake to keep them fudgy and rich.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
