Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup honey

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and almonds until well combined.
  • If adding variations, divide the mixture into separate bowls and mix in chocolate chips, marshmallows, or cranberries.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the pan, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
  • Slice into bars or bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
